The role
Do you have experience in the management and supervision of HVAC and climate control installations on-site, and do you hold the accreditation to act as a Preventive Resource? At Ananda, we are selecting a Site Manager to join an important engineering project located in León.
Your main mission will be the daily supervision of the site, the technical control of HVAC and climate control works, the coordination of subcontractors, and the monitoring of compliance with the Health and Safety Plan, acting as a Preventive Resource in the field.
What you'll do
- Control of works in the field, ensuring quality, deadlines, and the correct execution of the project.
- Management of in-house teams and subcontractors, as well as support in planning and receiving materials.
- Planning and monitoring of the installation of comfort climate control systems and cleanroom HVAC systems (ducts, equipment, filtration, etc.).
- Technical liaison and effective monitoring of compliance with preventive measures, risk assessment, and H&S instructions on site.
Additional Information
Essential requirements
- 60 hours of H&S training in Metal/Construction and a valid accreditation to act as a Preventive Resource.
- Professional Construction Card (TPC) for the Metal Sector.
- Previous experience in supervising works in the metal/climate control sector and interpreting Safety Plans.
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
- Valuable training for work at height, confined spaces, electrical risk, MEWP, forklifts, cranes, etc.
Working conditions
- Contract: 6-month contract, extendable.
- Salary: €29,000 gross/year.
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
