About the role

We are looking for dynamic Construction Laborers who are eager to work, to join our team on urban infrastructure renovation projects. The main focus will be supporting the replacement of lighting fixtures and the adaptation of conduits.

What you'll do

What functions will you perform?

Your day-to-day work will consist of providing essential support to the team of skilled tradespeople to ensure that the electrical installation is possible:

Trench opening and closing: Manual or mechanical excavation for burying cabling.

Basic masonry: Preparation of mixes (mortar, concrete), installation of inspection chambers, fixing bolts for lighting columns, and surface finishing (sidewalks or curbs).

Loading and unloading: Handling of materials and tools required for the workday.

Site maintenance: Cleaning and organizing the work area to ensure road and pedestrian safety.

What we're looking for

Minimum requirements

Previous experience: At least 6 months to 1 year in similar construction or urban maintenance positions.

Mandatory training: Must hold the 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course (masonry or electrical specialty).
