Shipping and Warehouse Administrative Operator (M/F)

At Ananda ETT we are looking to hire a Shipping Operator for a company in the Industrial sector located in Llodio (Álava).

• Receipt of goods and sampling, completing the incoming goods report.
• Loading and unloading of material.
• Planning and distribution of received material.
• Warehousing and stock control.
• Order preparation and document management.
• Order tracking.
• Stock management, inventories, and control of incoming/outgoing goods.
• Coordination of shipments (with office and workshop staff) and contact with carriers.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing the described duties.

• Proficiency in office tools and ERP management software.
• Operation of a forklift.

Desde Ananda ETT estamos buscando contratar a un/a Operario/a de Expediciones para una empresa del sector Industrial ubicada en Llodio (Álava).

• Recepción de mercancías y muestreo, cumplimentando el parte de entrada.
• Carga y descarga del material
• Planificación y distribución del material recibido.
• Almacenaje y control de stocks.
• Elaboración de pedidos y gestión documental.
• Seguimiento de pedidos.
• Gestión de stocks, inventarios y control de entradas/salidas.
• Coordinación de expediciones (con oficina y personal de taller) y contacto con transportistas

-Experiencia mínima de 1 año realizando las funciones descritas.

• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y programa de gestión ERP.
• Manejo de carretilla elevadora.

• Formación técnica.
