• • 10+ years in consulting, technological transformation, banking or professional services; experience in senior account/consulting leadership roles, ideally at Big 4 or similar.
  • Experience leading or participating with a relevant role in complex transformation programs or streams, with multidisciplinary teams and a matrix environment.
  • Background in Data & AI, GenAI/agentic AI, cloud, application modernization, automation or enterprise platforms.
• Industry knowledge
  • Retail banking, corporate banking, payments, risk, fraud, compliance, digital channels, data, CIBs, core banking, operations and technological architecture
  • Understanding of regulatory and resilience challenges: DORA, NIS2, AI Act, GDPR, security, sovereignty and third-party control
  • Banking architecture vision and ability to connect processes with business challenges, technology, risks and economic value
• Capabilities
  • Proven track record generating demand, leading proposals, contributing to commercial closings and managing C-level relationships.
  • Ability to build a pipeline with a high level of autonomy at this stage, anticipate RFPs, develop business cases and turn workshops into opportunities
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, preparation of high-quality documents and defense before committees.

  • Trusted advisor: ability to build trust with C-level executives and guide decisions before selling solutions.
  • Structured thinking: rapid diagnosis, executive summary, roadmaps, business cases and prioritization by value.

• • 10+ años en consultoría, transformación tecnológica, banca o servicios profesionales; experiencia en roles senior de account/consulting leadership, idealmente en Big 4 o similares.
  • Experiencia liderando o participando con una posición relevante en programas o streams complejos de transformación, con equipos multidisciplinares y entorno matricial.
  • Background en Data & AI, GenAI/agentic AI, cloud, modernización aplicativa, automatización o plataformas empresariales.
• Conocimiento sectorial
  • Banca retail, banca empresas, pagos, riesgo, fraude, cumplimiento, canales digitales, datos, CIB´s, core banking, operaciones y arquitectura tecnológica
  • Comprensión de retos regulatorios y de resiliencia: DORA, NIS2, AI Act, GDPR, seguridad, soberanía y control de terceros
  • Visión de arquitectura bancaria y capacidad para conectar procesos y retos de negocio, tecnología, riesgos y valor económico
• Capacidades
  • Track record comprobable generando demanda, liderando propuestas, contribuyendo a cierres comerciales y gestionando relaciones C-level.
  • Capacidad de construir pipeline con elevado nivel de autonomía en esta fase, anticipar RFPs, desarrollar business cases y convertir workshops en oportunidades
