About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain., the #1 company in the Spanish pharmaceutical sector is currently looking for a Senior Finance Analyst FP&A to join the Controlling / Business Unit Finance Team in Madrid. The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for the following processes and activities, among others:

What you'll do

Finance

Finance Business Partners

· Partnering with different local business functions, providing recommendations to business partners and key stakeholders.

· Performs financial analysis.

· Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports on sales and opex (brand spending) for business units.

· Ensures accurate monthly closing, partnering with Accounting Team.

· Support in preparation of Operating Procedures, Compliance and Internal Audit requests.

· Provide financial insights to ensure growth, profitability, and integrity across the company.

· Support on ongoing projects and connect with financial stakeholders inside and outside IM Spain.

· Responsible for headcount forecasting, reporting, and governance processes, ensuring alignment with financial budgets and workforce strategies.

· Responsible for Balance management, ensuring accurate planning, monitoring, and reconciliation of financial balances across the organization.

· Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities.

· Digital Ambassador leading the creation, continuous improvement, and optimization of tools that drive efficiency and business value

We are looking for a candidate who has the following profile / qualifications:

  • University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Advanced in both written & spoken English.
