What you'll do

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement various activity techniques that involve users in occupying their free time, thereby promoting their integration and group development.
  • Motivate residents about the importance of their participation to achieve their integration and a positive relationship with the center.
  • Access information sources and procedures to obtain the necessary resources and launch cultural processes.
  • Report any incidents or anomalies observed during the performance of duties to their immediate supervisor.
  • Carry out specific activity programs and projects.

Requirements

  • Preferably a Technical Degree in Sociocultural Activities.
  • At least six months of experience in a similar position is desirable.
  • Additional training in Geriatrics is a plus.
  • At least one year of prior experience in the geriatric field and knowledge of the nursing home user profile is desirable.
