At KONGSBERG Discovery, we are expanding our People team in Spain and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and a strong interest in technology, industrial, and engineering profiles.

You will work closely with the HR Manager Spain, local hiring managers, and international stakeholders, leading recruitment processes primarily for Spain and supporting regional initiatives as needed.

What you'll do

Beyond Talent Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to progressively expand your expertise into HR administration, payroll, and reporting, evolving toward a more generalist HR role.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate, technical, operational, and business profiles, ensuring a professional, agile, and close experience for both candidates and internal teams.

  • Define profiles, priorities, and selection criteria together with hiring managers.

  • Design and execute attraction strategies and direct sourcing.

  • Identify and engage active and passive talent, especially through LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Manage recruitment processes for corporate, professional, operational, and technical profiles.

  • Focus particularly on sourcing talent in IT, software, engineering, systems, electronics, automation, and industrial technology.

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess the technical, professional, and cultural fit of candidates.

  • Prepare shortlists and support hiring managers throughout the decision-making process.

  • Coordinate feedback and maintain clear, respectful communication with all candidates.

  • Keep information up to date in internal systems and contribute to reporting for the area.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least three years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
