What you'll do

• In collaboration with the Head of Department, supervise daily the room reservation planning in the short, medium and long term, occupancy reports and statistics, as well as the list of "no-shows", VIP clients, etc.
• Check the rooming lists of groups, room assignments and changes.
• Personally attend to, register and assign rooms to clients when necessary.
• Personally handle complaints, informing the affected departments of them.
