At BATZ, we want to hire an Injection Engineer for the Automotive business to join the Engineering team at our plant.

Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, the role will be responsible for the following duties:

Will be responsible for industrializations in the injection area, defining the appropriate processes and resources, and determining the needs for new investments.

Will monitor the construction of resources, ensuring compliance with established procedures, deadlines and the specifications book.

Will collaborate in defining processes, methodologies and standards.

Will coordinate maintenance, manufacturing, quality, logistics, purchasing, health and safety, etc., and suppliers in the commissioning of machines and tooling until final approval.

Define all documentation associated with the process and ensure it is properly archived.

Requirements

Requirements for the position:

Engineering degree

Knowledge of injection techniques and processes

Knowledge of process simulation tools such as Moldflow, to analyze results and use them to find the most suitable process

High level of English (C1).

Methodical, organized and autonomous person.

Ability to work in a team.

Knowledge of Basque (valued).

Living in Arratia or nearby (valued).

Requirements:

Engineering degree.

En BATZ queremos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Inyección en  el área de Ingenieria de planta del negocio de Auto.

Dependiendo del Responsable de Ingeniería de Planta se responsabilizarán de las siguientes funciones:

Será responsable de las industrializaciones en el area de inyección, definiendo los procesos y medios idóneos. y determinando las necesidades de nuevas inversiones.

Realizará el seguimiento a la construcción de los medios, asegurándose del cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos, plazos y cuaderno de especificaciones definido

Colaborará en la definición de procesos, metodologías y estándares

Efectuará la coordinación entre mantenimiento, fabricación, calidad, logística, compras, seguridad y salud, etc., y proveedor en la puesta a punto de máquinas y utillajes hasta su homologación definitiva

Definir toda la documentación asociada al proceso y velar por su adecuado archivado.

Requisitos

Ingenieritzako ikasketak

Injekzio-teknikei eta -prozesuei buruzko ezagutza

Moldflow motako prozesuen simulazio-tresnak ezagutzea, emaitzak aztertu eta prozesurik egokiena bilatzeko erabiltzeko

Ingeles maila altua (C1).

Pertsona metodikoa, ordenatua eta autonomoa.

Taldean lan egiteko gaitasuna.

Euskara jakitea (baloragarria).

Arratian edo inguruan bizitzea (baloragarria).

Se requiere:

Formación en ingeniería.

Conocimientos en técnicas y procesos de inyección.

Conocimiento de herramientas de simulación de proceso tipo Moldflow, para poder analizar los resultados y utilizarlos para la busqueda del proceso idóneo

Nivel alto de inglés (C1).

Persona metódica, ordenada y autónoma.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Dominio del euskara (valorable).

Residencia en la zona.(valorable).
