At BATZ, we want to hire a Test Technician for the AUTO business:

Reporting to the Testing and Metrology Manager, he/she will take part in the design or product validation process with the testing and validation resources made available to him/her, in order to meet, within the expected deadlines, the design and/or product requirements defined by both internal and external customers.

Requirements

What is required for the position:

Education: Higher Level Vocational Training Certificate in Industrial Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation and Robotics, or Production Planning in Mechanical Manufacturing, or Electronic and Automated Systems, or Mechanical Project Development, or similar.

At least two years of experience in:

Laboratory testing.

Mechanical, electromechanical or electronic components.

Preparation of test setups, instrumentation of samples, execution of tests and drafting of technical reports.

Knowledge:

Functional testing, fatigue testing, etc.

Interpretation of drawings

APQP

Non-conformance management

IATF

Calibration of test instrumentation and electromechanical maintenance of facilities.

Requirements:

En BATZ queremos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de ensayos para el negocio de AUTO:

Dependiendo del Responsable de Ensayos y Metrología, participará en el proceso de validación del diseño o producto con los medios de ensayo y validación puestos a su disposición, con el objetivo de cumplir, en los plazos esperados, con los requisitos de diseño y/o de producto demandados por parte del cliente tanto interno como externo.

Requisitos

Lanposturako eskatzen dena:

Formakuntza: Mekatronika Industrialean, edo Automatizazio eta Robotika Industrialean, edo Fabrikazio Mekanikoan Ekoizpen Plangintzan, edo Sistema Elektroniko eta Automatizatuetan, edo Proiektu Mekanikoen Garapenean edo antzekoetan Goi Mailako Lanbide Heziketako Ziurtagiria.

Gutxienez bi urteko esperientzia honako hauetan:

Laborategiko entseguetan.

Konponente mekanikoak, elektromekanikoak edo elektronikoetan.

Proba konfigurazioen prestaketa, laginen tresneria, proben exekuzioa eta txosten teknikoen lanketa.

Ezagutzak:

Funtzio-probak, nekearen probak (fatiga), etab.

Planuen interpretazioa

APQP

Ez-adostasunen kudeaketa

IATF

Saiakuntza tresneriaren kalibrazioa eta instalazioen mantentze elektromekanikoa.

Se requiere:

Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Mecatrónica industrial, o Automatización y Robótica Industrial, o Programación de la Producción en Fabricación Mecánica, o Sistemas Electrónicos y Automatizados, o Desarrollo de Proyectos Mecánicos, o similar.

Experiencia mínima de dos años en:

Laboratorio de ensayos.

Componentes mecánicos, electromecánicos o electrónicos.

Preparación de montajes de ensayo, instrumentación de muestras, ejecución de pruebas y redacción de informes técnicos.

Conocimientos:

En ensayos funcionales, fatiga, etc.

Interpretación de planos

Gestión de no conformidades,

IATF

Calibraciones de instrumentación de ensayo   y mantenimiento electromecánico de instalaciones
