A Product Engineer position will be filled in the Engineering area of the AUTO business within the BATZ Igorre team.

Reporting to the Product Manager, the role will be responsible for:

Technical definition and economic assessment of the product, as well as technical defense before the customer during the quotation phase.

Defining and validating the product, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and load books, safeguarding project profitability and ensuring deadlines are met during the Development & Industrialization phases.

Requirements

The following will be required:

Industrial Engineering education (mechanical or mechatronics specialty).

Clear customer orientation, as well as management, negotiation and teamwork skills.

English proficiency (minimum C1 level).

Willingness to travel.

Additionally, the following will be valued:

Experience in similar positions (product development) in the industrial sector, preferably in the automotive industry.

Experience in 3D design (CATIA V5, Siemens NX or SolidWorks).

Experience in Finite Element simulation (ABAQUS or ANSYS).

Knowledge of manufacturing technologies: injection molding, stamping, welding, etc.

Knowledge of materials, especially composites.

Knowledge of CFD programs for aerodynamic development.

Proficiency in Basque.

Knowledge of German.

Living in the Arratia area.

Nice to have:

Experience in similar positions (product development) in the industrial sector, preferably in the automotive industry.

Experience in 3D design (CATIA V5, Siemens NX or SolidWorks).

Experience in Finite Element simulation (ABAQUS or ANSYS).

Produktua definitzea eta baliozkotzea, bezeroaren espezifikazioak eta karga-koadernoak betetzen direla ziurtatuz, proiektuen errentagarritasuna zainduz eta Garapen eta Industrializazio faseetan epeak betetzen direla ziurtatuz.

En BATZ Igorre estamos buscando para el negocio de AUTO a un/a Ingeniero/a de Producto para el área de Ingeniería.

Dependiendo del Manager de Producto, se responsabilizará de:

Definición técnica y valoración económica del producto, así como defensa técnica ante cliente durante fase de Oferta.

Definición y validación del producto, asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones y cuadernos de cargas del cliente, velando por la rentabilidad de los proyectos y consecución de los plazos durante las fases de Desarrollo & Industrialización.

Requisitos

Horretarako beharrezkoa izango da:

Industria-ingeniaritzako prestakuntza (espezialitate mekanikoa edo mekatronikoa).

Bezeroarenganako orientazio argia, baita kudeatzeko, negoziatzeko eta taldean lan egiteko gaitasuna ere.

Ingelesa jakitea (C1 gutxieneko maila).

Bidaiatzeko prest egotea.

Para ello se requiere:

Formación en Ingeniería Industrial (especialidad mecánica o mecatrónica).

Clara orientación al cliente, así como capacidad de gestión, negociación y trabajo en equipo.

Dominio del Inglés (nivel mínimo C1).

Disponibilidad para viajar.

Horrez gain, baloratuko da:

Esperientzia izatea antzeko lanpostuetan (produktuaren garapena) industria-sektorean, ahal dela automobilgintzan.

3D diseinuan esperientzia izatea (CATIA V5, Siemens NX edo SolidWorks).

Elementu Finituen (ABAQUS edo ANSYS) simulazioan esperientzia izatea.

Fabrikazio-teknologiak ezagutzea: injekzioa, estanpazioa, soldadura, etab.

Materialak ezagutzea, batez ere konpositeak.

Garapen aerodinamikorako CFD programak ezagutzea.

Euskara menperatzea.

Alemana menderatzea

Arratia inguruan bizitzea.

Se valorará:

Experiencia en puestos similares (desarrollo de producto) en el sector industrial, preferiblemente en Automoción.

Experiencia en diseño 3D (CATIA V5, Siemens NX o SolidWorks).

Experiencia en simulación de Elementos Finitos (ABAQUS o ANSYS).

Conocimiento de las diferentes tecnologías de fabricación: inyección, estampación, soldadura, etc.

Conocimiento en materiales, especialmente composites.

Conocimiento en programas CFD para desarrollo aerodinámico.

Dominio del euskera.

Conocimientos del Alemán
