RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships and maximizing loyalty.
• Share the passion and DNA of Benefit in every interaction.
• Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively: achieve commercial targets, customer experience, stock, visual merchandising.
• Perform makeup and brow services (waxing, tinting, and lamination) following the brand's standards of excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure the success of the point of sale.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor news.

This position is based at the Sephora store in Sant Cugat.

Availability to work a 35-hour week, from Monday to Saturday, between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

✨ Become an expert in brows and makeup: brows are our signature. You will receive advanced training and annual certifications to develop genuine professional expertise in Brow Services.

Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.

Minimum of two years of experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or specialized retail sales. Experience performing brow waxing, tinting, and lamination will be valued.

Intermediate level of English.

Customer and results orientation, attention to detail, communication skills, autonomy, initiative, and proactivity.

RESPONSABILIDADES 

• Ofrecer una experiencia de cliente excepcional, construyendo relaciones duraderas y maximizando la fidelización.
• Transmitir la pasión y el ADN de Benefit en cada interacción.
• Gestionar el Brow Bar de forma integral: Alcanzar los objetivos comerciales, experiencia cliente, stock, imagen,merchandising.
• Realizar servicios de maquillaje y cejas (depilación, tinte y laminado) siguiendo los estándares de excelencia de la marca.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo Benefit y la Dirección de Sephora para garantizar el éxito del punto de venta.
• Mantenerte al día de las tendencias del sector y novedades de la competencia.

Retail

Formación en Estética, Maquillaje o Imagen Personal.

Experiencia mínima de dos años en venta de cosméticos, perfumería o retail especializado. Se valorará experiencia realizando depilación de cejas con cera.

Nivel medio de inglés.

Orientación al cliente y a resultados, atención al detalle, habilidades de comunicación, autonomía, iniciativa y proactividad.
