About the role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead the performance of a network of stores and support our store teams in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who has grown within retail, understands the day-to-day reality of store operations, and enjoys spending time in stores coaching teams, improving commercial execution and driving sales results.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every store under your responsibility achieves its commercial objectives while maintaining excellent operational standards and an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
Manage the commercial performance of a portfolio of stores, ensuring sales, productivity and profitability targets are achieved.
Spend the majority of your time visiting stores, supporting Store Managers and their teams through coaching, feedback and hands-on guidance.
Develop Store Managers by helping them improve team performance, customer service, sales techniques and operational excellence.
Monitor key retail KPIs such as sales, conversion, average ticket, UPT and productivity, creating action plans to improve results.
Ensure consistent execution of Visual Merchandising standards, promotions, launches and commercial initiatives across all stores.
Partner with Store Managers on stock management, replenishment and product availability to maximize sales opportunities.
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent development together with the HR team.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer experience, team engagement and commercial excellence.
Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, HR, Product and other internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.
What we're looking for
Previous experience managing multiple retail stores as an Area Manager or similar role.
Solid background in store operations with hands-on retail experience. Applications without retail store management experience will not be considered.
Experience leading and developing Store Managers and retail teams.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in stores on a regular basis.
Fluent English.
Availability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
