Reporting to the Area Manager, the Brow Bar Manager's mission will be to supervise and lead the team and manage the Brow Bar service, in order to achieve the sales targets set for the store. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for conveying Benefit's values to your clients and your team.

• Create an environment full of Benefit DNA while providing customer service.
• Develop the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets, both individual and team.
• Maintain hourly sales goals.
• Develop strategies for business growth.
• Provide and update monthly reports.
• Promote a well-being/fun environment for clients and employees.
• Contribute to the growth, learning, and success of the team.
• Ensure the team complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Sell the brand's products and perform brow services.
• Organize and manage events.
• Develop the client portfolio.
• Manage inventory.
• Relationship with Retail staff.

Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or retail sales. Experience in brow waxing will be valued.

Previous experience in team management is essential.​

Advanced level of English.

Availability to work Monday through Saturday, on a 35h/week or 40h/week schedule. We offer flexible working hours.

Reportando a la Supervisora de zona, la misión del Brow Bar Manager será la supervisión y dirección del equipo y la gestión íntegra del servicio del Brow Bar, con el fin de lograr los objetivos de venta establecidos en el centro. Como embajador/a de la marca, tu responsabilidad es transmitir los valores de Benefit a tus clientes y al equipo.

• Crear un ambiente lleno de ADN Benefit durante la atención al cliente.
• Desarrollar al equipo para ofrecer una excelente atención al cliente.
• Alcanzar los objetivos de venta diaria / semanal / mensual, individual y del equipo.
• Mantener los objetivos de ventas por hora.
• Desarrollar estrategias para el crecimiento del negocio.
• Proporcionar y actualizar informes mensuales.
• Promover un ambiente de bienestar/diversión para los clientes y empleados.
• Contribuir al crecimiento, aprendizaje y éxito del equipo.
• Garantizar que el equipo cumpla con las políticas y procedimientos de la Compañía.
• Vender los productos de la marca y realizar los servicios de cejas.
• Organizar y gestionar eventos.
• Desarrollar la cartera de clientes.
• Gestionar el inventario.
• Relación con el personal del Retailer.

Formación en Estética, Maquillaje o Imagen Personal.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en venta de cosméticos, perfumería o retail. Se valorará experiencia realizando depilación de cejas con cera.

Imprescindible experiencia previa en gestión de equipos.​

Nivel avanzado de inglés.

Disponibilidad para trabajar de M-S a jornada de 35h/s o 40h/s. Ofrecemos flexibilidad horaria.
