Job Description:

Responsible for performing maintenance activities related to facility equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute preventive maintenance procedures in the assigned facilities area.
  • Perform mechanical/electronic diagnostics and repairs on facility equipment.
  • Be responsible for the performance and operational uptime of systems.
  • Support the implementation of technical improvements within work teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, regulatory documentation, and managed systems.
  • Handle the identification, procurement, and replenishment of spare parts for equipment.
  • Provide assistance to facilities staff as directed by the Facilities Engineer.
