We are looking for a Construction Production Manager to oversee comprehensive project management for building projects in the province of Pontevedra, ensuring proper execution in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality.

Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of the construction work, from start to final handover.
* Control and manage human resources, materials, and equipment assigned to the project.
* Ensure compliance with established deadlines and optimize project costs.
* Guarantee the quality of construction work and compliance with current regulations.
* Manage and coordinate relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
* Prepare project monitoring reports, reporting to the construction management.
* Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies.
* Resolve incidents and issues that may arise during the execution of the work.

Requirements:

* Civil Engineer, Architect, or Building Engineer.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in building projects.
* In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety.
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or others).
* Demonstrated leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Residency in Pontevedra or availability to relocate to the province.
* Knowledge of English is a plus.
