In your role, under the guidance of your Sector Manager and in sync with the team, you will embark on the crucial mission of driving and maximizing sales in your area. To achieve this, your actions will be key:

1. Personalized attention: You will be the friendly face our customers meet, guiding them through their shopping journey. Your goal will be to ensure their full satisfaction by providing them with the support and advice they need to make the best decisions for their home improvement projects.

2. Product presentation: You will take responsibility for keeping the shelves aligned with our commercial strategy. This includes properly managing inventory and ensuring that signage and product information are clear and accurate, making the shopping experience smooth and hassle-free for the customer.

3. Teamwork: You will not be alone; you will coordinate efforts with the team in the store, moving between different areas when necessary to ensure every customer feels well attended to. The goal is to join forces to turn shopping here into an exceptional experience.

1. A passion for sales. If you are passionate about selling and making people happy, you are on the right track.

2. Experience selling products, ideally with knowledge of DIY or renovation. If you have worked in stores or know how to improve a home, we will value you highly.

3. Positivity, energy, and a willingness to do things as a team. If you are someone who never stands still and is always looking for ways to improve, you are a perfect fit.

4. Good Computer Skills: If you can handle Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, everything will be much easier for you.

2. Presentación del producto: Asumirás la responsabilidad de mantener los lineales alineados con nuestra estrategia comercial. Esto incluye gestionar adecuadamente el inventario, asegurando que la señalética y la información de productos sean claras y precisas, facilitando así una experiencia de compra sin contratiempos para el cliente.

3. Trabajar en equipo: No estarás solo/a; coordinarás esfuerzos con el equipo en la tienda, moviéndote entre diferentes áreas cuando sea necesario para asegurar que cada cliente/a se sienta bien atendido. La meta es unir esfuerzos para convertir la compra aquí en una experiencia excepcional.

1. Amar las ventas. Si te apasiona vender y hacer feliz a la gente, vas por buen camino.

2. Tener experiencia vendiendo cosas, mejor si sabes de bricolaje o reformas. Si has trabajado en tiendas o tienes idea de cómo mejorar una casa, aquí te valoramos mucho.

3. Positivismo, tener energía y ganas de hacer cosas en equipo. Si eres de los que no se quedan quietos y siempre están buscando cómo mejorar, encajas perfecto.

4. Saber usar bien el ordenador. Si puedes manejar Word, Excel y PowerPoint, te será más fácil todo.
