About the role

What will your role be?

We are looking for a Prototype Vehicle Planner to play a key role in the management and planning of prototype and development vehicles within automotive projects.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the availability of prototype and development vehicles, ensuring that validation and engineering teams have the right vehicles, with the correct configuration, and at the right time to meet each project's milestones.

You will act as the point of contact between development, testing, and vehicle management teams, ensuring efficient planning aligned with the needs of product programs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate vehicle requirements from the different development and validation teams.
  • Define vehicle demand based on project plans, testing activities, and key development milestones.
  • Coordinate vehicle requests, considering configuration, quantity, and required availability dates.
  • Coordinate with the teams responsible for vehicle management to ensure resource availability.
  • Identify potential planning risks, availability conflicts, or additional vehicle needs, proposing mitigation actions.
  • Adapt planning to changes in project schedules or development needs.
