About the role

Comprehensively manage the operational financial processes (customers, suppliers, treasury, and accounting administration) in a subsidiary of an international group, ensuring proper accounting, working capital control, and reporting quality to Headquarters, in coordination with the finance team, the Global Shared Services Center, and different areas of the company.

What you'll do

•    End-to-end management of the collection cycle: identification and posting of collections, management of unpaid items and returned receipts.
•    Debt collection and coordination with Customer Service and the sales network.
•    Generation and management of SEPA remittances and bank files.

•    Customer account reconciliation and portfolio analysis (Local and Intercompany).
•    Credit risk management and relationship with insurers (Coface).
•    Financial analysis of customers and release of blocked orders.
