  • Accounting Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the general accounting of companies in Spain, Italy, Portugal, and France.

  • Closing Management: Lead monthly and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring the quality and timeliness of financial information.

  • 👥 Team Management: Coordinate, support, and develop a team of 3 people, distributing workloads and monitoring performance.

  • 📑 Audits & Consolidation: Provide support for internal and external audits, as well as collaborate on the group's financial consolidation processes.

  • Reconciliations & Control: Supervise bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reviews, ensuring the reliability of financial information.

  • ⚙️ Process Optimization: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and financial transformation within an SAP environment.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with areas such as Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Consolidation.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and accounting positions.

  • Experience in Big4 is a plus.

  • Previous experience leading teams.

  • Advanced SAP skills.

  • Advanced level of English.
