Home Telecare Coordinator

• Coordinate and manage the service, addressing the needs of users, the client, the company, and the resources of the assigned work area, while serving as the main point of contact with technicians from public or private entities.
• Implement occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental procedures, and manage the staff assigned to the work centers.

• Working day:  full-time
• Schedule:  Monday to Friday, mornings, plus one weekend per month  
• Type of contract:  temporary, 3 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent

We are looking to hire a home telecare coordinator in Camargo-Cantabria.

Requirements:

• University degree related to Social Work and/or Psychology.
• At least one year of experience in similar positions is valued.
• Intermediate level of office software skills.
• Valid driver's license (B) and access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge and/or training in occupational risk prevention (ORP), quality, and environment will be valued.

• Coordinar y controlar el servicio atendiendo a las necesidades de las personas usuarias, el cliente, la empresa y los recursos de la zona de trabajo asignada, asumiendo la interlocución con técnicos/as de entidades públicas o privadas
• Ejecutar los procedimientos de PRL, calidad, medio ambiente y gestión de la plantilla asignada a los centros de trabajo.

• Jornada Laboral:  completa
• Horario:  de lunes a viernes mañana mas un fin de semeana al mes  
• Tipo de contrato:  temporal 3 meses mas indefinido

Se precisa incorporar un/a coordinador/a de telasistencia en Camargo-Cantabria.

Requisitos:

• Titulación universitaria vinculada a Trabajo Social y/o Psicología.
• Valorable experiencia de, al menos, un año en posiciones similares.
• Nivel medio de ofimática.
• Permiso de conducir B. y vehículo
• Valorable conocimiento y/o formación en materia de PRL, calidad y medio ambiente.
