• Preparation and coordination of BIM models.
• Technical support in the preparation of bids and tenders.
• Extraction of measurements and technical documentation.
• Coordination of information between disciplines and project teams.
• Support for the Production department during project development.

We are looking for a BIM Specialist to join our technical team and participate in the preparation of tenders and production support, working both from the office and on site in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Technical training in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in BIM environments and proficiency in Revit.
• Knowledge of technical documentation, measurements, and construction projects.
• Organized, resourceful person with the ability to work in a team.

• Oral and written proficiency in Catalan.
• Availability to work in person at the office and on site.

• Elaboración y coordinación de modelos BIM.
• Apoyo técnico en la preparación de ofertas y licitaciones.
• Extracción de mediciones y documentación técnica.
• Coordinación de información entre disciplinas y equipos de proyecto.
• Soporte al área de Producción durante el desarrollo de los proyectos.

Buscamos un/a Especialista BIM para incorporarse a nuestro equipo técnico y participar en la preparación de licitaciones y el soporte a producción, trabajando desde oficina y obra en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

• Formación técnica en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o similar.
• Experiencia previa en entornos BIM y manejo de Revit.
• Conocimientos de documentación técnica, mediciones y proyectos de construcción.
• Persona organizada, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

• Dominio oral y escrito de catalán.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en oficina y obra
