Junior Quality Control Technician 40h Permanent - Montcada i Reixac

YOUR MISSION!

Reporting to the Quality manager, you will be responsible for controlling the quality and food safety of Private Label products, as well as the entire supply process, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations and Good Handling Practices.

YOUR CHALLENGES!

- Managing Condis Private Label documentation (technical data sheets, reporting incidents to suppliers, managing customer enquiries, etc.)

- Reviewing Condis Private Label labelling (food regulations).

- Training visits to the company's stores and logistics platforms

- Delivering food handling training courses.

- Supporting the implementation of HACCP compliance follow-up audits (both at point of sale and with suppliers).

- Updating the HACCP system documentation (stores and warehouses).

- Participating in cross-departmental projects.

THIS IS YOU IF...

-You have a university degree in Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Food Science and Technology or similar.

- Experience of at least one year in a technical quality control role in a food sector company (meat, dairy, bakery) and/or mass consumption/retail is valued.

- You have basic knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP, as well as current food legislation, microbiology, food chemistry and chemical analysis for interpreting results. Knowledge of environmental matters and experience in quality consulting is highly valued.

- You have an advanced level of Office (Excel, Access and Word)

- You have a bilingual level of Catalan and Spanish.

- You have a driving licence and your own vehicle.

- You consider yourself a proactive, organised person with strong interpersonal skills.

- You are passionate about the retail and food sector.

- You have a strong capacity for learning and motivation to work in the field of quality control

Reportant a la responsable de Qualitat, et responsabilitzaràs de controlar la qualitat i la seguretat alimentària dels productes de Marca Pròpia, així com de tot el procés de subministrament, assegurant el compliment de la normativa higienicosanitària i de les Bones Pràctiques de Manipulació.

- Gestió documentació de la Marca Pròpia Condis (fitxes tècniques, comunicació d'incidències a proveïdors, gestió consultes clients etc.)

- Revisió etiquetat marca pròpia Condis (normativa alimentària).

- Visites formatives a les botigues i plataformes logístiques de la companyia

- Impartició de cursos de formació en manipulació d'aliments.

- Suport en la realització d'auditories de seguiment de compliment APPCC (tant en punt de venda com en proveïdors).

- Actualització documental del sistema APPCC (botigues i magatzems).

- Participació en projectes transversals del departament.

ETS TU SI...

-Tens formació de Grau Universitari a Enginyeria Agrícola, Biologia, Ciència i Tecnologia dels aliments o similar.

- Valorable experiència d'almenys un any en un rol tècnic de control de qualitat en empresa del sector alimentari (càrnic, làctics, brioxeria) i/o de gran consum/retail.

- Tens coneixements bàsics de Seguretat Alimentària i APPCC, així com legislació vigent dels aliments, microbiologia, química dels aliments i anàlisi química per a interpretació de resultats. Molt valorable coneixements en matèria mediambiental i experiència en consultoria de qualitat.

- Tens un nivell avançat d'Office (Excel, Acces i Word)

- Aportes un nivell bilingüe de català i castellà.

- Disposes de permís de conduir i vehicle propi.

- Et consideres una persona proactiva, organitzativa i amb capacitat relacional.

- Sents passió pel sector retail i l'alimentació.

- Aportes una alta capacitat d'aprenentatge i motivació per a treballar en l'àmbit de control de qualitat
