Butcher-Delicatessen Shop Assistant 40h Permanent Torrelles de Llobregat

At Condis Supermarkets we are looking, for our franchise supermarket located in TORRELLES DE LLOBREGAT, for a versatile person for the position of BUTCHER-DELICATESSEN SHOP ASSISTANT to work 40 hours per week.

You are the person we are looking for if...

- You have a positive attitude, dynamism and you enjoy working as part of a team.

- You are passionate about customer service.

- You have knowledge of cutting techniques and are able to recommend and advise customers on the section's range, both in terms of quality and freshness as well as offers and prices.

- You consider yourself an active and agile person, able to carry out tasks such as setting up the counter, controlling waste and maintaining and promoting the section.

- You are eager to learn and are motivated by the opportunity to grow in other sections of the supermarket. We love versatile people!

 - Working week of 40 hours on rotating shifts. 

- Permanent contract (3-month probationary period). 

- Immediate start.

- And most importantly... not a single boring day!

- Essential experience, at least one year, in a Butcher/Delicatessen section or a specialised business.

- Languages: High level of Catalan and Spanish is essential.

- Residence close to the workplace (Torrelles de Llobregat) or availability of transport.

- Availability to work a 40-hour week.

- A high capacity for learning and motivation to work face-to-face with customers.

En Condis Supermercados estamos buscando, para nuestro supermercado franquicia ubicado en TORRELLES DE LLOBREGAT, una persona polivalente para el puesto de DEPENDIENTE/A CARNICERÍA-CHARCUTERÍA para  realizar las 40h semanales.

Eres la persona que estamos buscando si...

- Tienes actitud positiva, dinamismo y te gusta trabajar en equipo.

- Sientes pasión por el cliente.

- Tienes conocimiento sobre las técnicas de corte y eres capaz de recomendar y asesorar a los clientes sobre el surtido de la sección, tanto a nivel de su calidad y frescura como a nivel de ofertas y precios.

- Te consideras una persona activa y ágil para poder realizar tareas de montaje de la parada, control de mermas y mantenimiento y promoción de la sección.

- Tienes ganas de aprender y te motiva poder crecer en otras secciones del supermercado. ¡Nos encanta la gente polivalente!

 - Jornada de 40h semanales en turnos rotativos. 

- Contrato indefinido (3 meses de periodo de prueba). 

- Incorporación inmediata.

- Experiencia imprescindible, mínimo de un año, en una sección de Carnicería/Charcutería o negocio especializado.

- Idiomas: Imprescindible nivel alto de Catalán y Castellano.

- Domicilio próximo al centro de trabajo (Torrelles de Llobregat) o disponibilidad de transporte.

- Disponibilidad para realizar la jornada de 40h semanales.

-Tener una alta capacidad de aprendizaje y motivación para trabajar de cara al cliente.
