Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience managing tenders or bids in the road transport sector. Experience in conducting tenders in the Air, Maritime, and Logistics sectors will be valued.
Vocational training (GM) in International Trade or similar.
High level of spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.
High level of spoken and written English (minimum B2).

At Grupo Moldtrans we continue to grow and are committed to the development of our operations. We are currently looking to bring on a Tender & Pricing Specialist for our office in Montcada i Reixac, with a subsequent move to a new facility in Montornès.

What you'll do

This role involves responding to inquiries, managing, and coordinating tender processes for transport and logistics services. It includes preparing, submitting, and following up on competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and optimizing costs and operational efficiency.

- Identify tender opportunities in the transport and logistics sector.

- Coordinate with operational departments to prepare the necessary documentation for bids.

- Ensure the timely submission of all proposals and tenders.

- Maintain detailed tracking of all tenders and their outcomes.

- Define the commercial tender strategy together with the group's commercial management.

- Report to the Group's Commercial Management.
