Location: Casar de Cáceres and Santiago del Campo (Cáceres)

Salary Range: €20,000 – €25,000 Gross/Year (depending on education and experience)

Shift: Rotating (Morning / Afternoon) with expected progression to 3rd/4th shift

Work Mode: On-site at Production Plant | Permanent Contract

YOUR PURPOSE IN THE ROLE

You will be part of the technical team at our facilities in Casar de Cáceres or Santiago del Campo, actively participating in daily operations and ensuring the efficiency and continuity of our production lines.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

We are looking for talent eager to evolve. We do not require a long track record, but we do require technical passion and commitment:

• Required Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in the industrial field:
• Vocational Training in Industrial Maintenance / Electromechanics.
• Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics.
• Vocational Training in Electricity and Electronics or related technical qualifications.
• Experience: We value between 1 and 2 years of experience in industrial or production environments, but we also consider recent graduates with high motivation and a solid educational foundation.
• Residence and Mobility: Residence in the province of Cáceres or near the plants (Santiago del Campo / Casar de Cáceres), with own vehicle.

WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Execution of electromechanical interventions on industrial machinery and installations.
• Fault Resolution: Quick diagnosis and repair of technical issues in the production environment.
• Continuous Improvement Processes: Collaboration with the technical team to optimize plant performance and safety.
• Support and Learning: Working side by side with experienced technicians who will help you along your learning curve and professional development.

• Current situation: Weekly rotating shifts of Morning (06:00 to 14:00) and Afternoon (14:00 to 22:00), Monday to Friday.
• Growth outlook: The plant is increasing its activity. In the future (pending implementation), it is likely that a Night shift (22:00 to 06:00) and/or weekend coverage will be added. This will be communicated and planned with sufficient notice and with the corresponding compensation according to the collective agreement.

• Residencia y Movilidad: Residencia en la provincia de Cáceres o cercanías de las plantas (Santiago del Campo / Casar de Cáceres), con vehículo propio.

• Situación actual: Turnos rotativos semanales de Mañana (06:00 a 14:00) y Tarde (14:00 a 22:00), de lunes a viernes.
• Previsión de crecimiento: La planta está incrementando actividad. A futuro (pendiente de implantación), es probable que se incorpore el turno de Noche (22:00 a 06:00) y/o cobertura en fin de semana. Se informará y planificará con la debida antelación y con las compensaciones correspondientes según convenio.
