Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, workshops, or related sectors.
• Knowledge of warranty and billing processes.
• Experience in administrative management and document control.
• Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with procedures, documentation, and processes subject to audits.
• Organized, meticulous person with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate small teams and take responsibility for the area.
• Good communication skills and ability to report directly to Management.

It will be especially valued to have previously worked in dealerships, official workshops, commercial vehicle companies, or environments where manufacturer warranties are managed.

Job Mission

You will be the person responsible for managing and coordinating the Warranty and Billing area, ensuring that all processes are carried out correctly, within established deadlines, and with the necessary documentation to successfully pass audits.

You will have a small team under your charge, made up of one person, and you will report directly to Management, playing a key role in the organization and improvement of the department.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Warranty and Billing department.
• Coordinate and organize the work of the person who is part of the department.
• Manage warranty files and follow them through to resolution.
• Review and control the correct billing of work and services.
• Ensure that documentation and processes comply with established requirements.
• Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
• Detect possible incidents, errors, or deviations and propose solutions.
• Follow up on invoices, files, and pending operations.
• Maintain communication with workshops, manufacturers, suppliers, and other departments.
• Prepare reports and report periodically to Management.
• Propose improvements to optimize the administrative processes of the area.
