ABOUT THE ROLE🖌️
Our Accountant has a very important role in the company. You will work alongside the Finance Manager to ensure the correct execution of accounting processes, guaranteeing the accuracy of our financial records and complying with all necessary administrative, legal, and tax requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO ⚙️
Perform accounting entries (full accounting cycle), including journal entries, bank reconciliations, credit cards, petty cash, monthly provisions, and accruals.
Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), process invoices, execute payments, and proactively follow up on collections.
Maintain updated account reconciliations to provide a reliable view of the company's financial situation.
Support monthly and annual closings, maintaining fluid communication with our tax advisor to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Actively participate in the monthly and annual VAT management across the six countries where we operate, and support the company's annual audit.
Coordinate directly with the Sales team on the execution of the monthly B2B invoicing process for all markets, and support them with B2B service analysis and reports.
Assist in the budgeting process and provide clear reports to the corresponding teams regarding monthly budget variances.
Manage service contracts and amendments for both suppliers and B2C and B2B customers, acting autonomously but coordinating with our legal advisor when necessary.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.

Nuestro Contable tiene un rol muy importante en la empresa. Trabajarás junto al Finance Manager para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos contables, garantizando la precisión de nuestros registros financieros y cumpliendo con todos los requisitos administrativos, legales y fiscales necesarios.
LO QUE HARÁS ⚙️
Realizar los asientos contables (todo el ciclo contable), incluidas las anotaciones en diarios, conciliaciones de cuentas bancarias, tarjetas de crédito, caja chica, provisiones mensuales y devengos.
Gestionar las cuentas por pagar (A/P) y por cobrar (A/R), procesar facturas, ejecutar pagos y hacer seguimiento proactivo de las cobranzas.
