At Deloitte, a leading professional services firm nationally and internationally, we are looking for

a senior professional with at least 2 years of experience in digital transformation programs and in managing resistance to change. The person will be responsible for co-designing and implementing change strategies that maximize the adoption of new digital solutions, aligning stakeholders and ensuring the sustainability of change in complex organizations.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Co-design and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify, analyze, and manage resistance to change, developing mitigation tactics and support programs.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop communication and engagement plans aimed at diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and co-creation activities with teams and middle management.
• Measure the adoption and impact of change through KPIs (for example: adoption levels, user satisfaction, reduction of change-related incidents).
• Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to align objectives and ensure the integration of change into processes and tools.
• Support the preparation of communication and training materials, including guides, FAQs, and materials for sponsoring leaders.
• Capture lessons learned and feed the repository of best practices for future transformations.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals with:

• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in change management or digital transformation in corporate environments.
• Specific experience managing resistance to change in technology implementation projects.
• Facilitation and communication skills: ability to lead workshops, present to executive audiences, and produce supporting materials.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
• Results-oriented approach focused on adoption metrics.
• Language: fluent English; participation in international projects will be required.

The position would be hired under a hybrid remote working model in Seville, Aragon or Galicia. Fluent communication in English is essential, as our projects are international.

En Deloitte, Firma líder de servicios profesionales a nivel nacional e internacional, buscamos

un profesional senior con mínimo 2 años de experiencia en programas de transformación digital y en la gestión de la resistencia al cambio. La persona será responsable de co-diseñar e implantar estrategias de cambio que maximicen la adopción de nuevas soluciones digitales, alineando a las partes interesadas y garantizando la sostenibilidad del cambio en organizaciones complejas.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Co-diseñar e implementar estrategias y planes de change management adaptados a iniciativas de transformación digital.
• Identificar, analizar y gestionar la resistencia al cambio, desarrollando tácticas de mitigación y programas de acompañamiento.
• Realizar análisis de stakeholders y elaborar planes de comunicación y engagement dirigidos a audiencias diversas.
• Facilitar talleres, sesiones de formación y actividades de co-creación con equipos y mandos intermedios.
• Medir la adopción y el impacto del cambio mediante KPIs (por ejemplo: niveles de adopción, satisfacción de usuarios, reducción de incidencias relacionadas con el cambio).
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos, de producto y de negocio para alinear objetivos y asegurar la integración del cambio en procesos y herramientas.
• Apoyar en la preparación de materiales de comunicación y formación, incluyendo guías, FAQs y materiales para líderes patrocinadores.
• Capturar lecciones aprendidas y alimentar el repositorio de buenas prácticas para futuras transformaciones.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos profesionales con:

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia demostrable en change management o transformación digital en entornos corporativos.
• Experiencia específica gestionando la resistencia al cambio en proyectos de implantación tecnológica.
• Habilidades de facilitación y comunicación: capacidad para liderar talleres, presentar a audiencias ejecutivas y producir materiales de apoyo.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
• Enfoque orientado a resultados y métricas de adopción.
• Idioma: inglés fluido; se participará en proyectos internacionales.
