You will be a key piece in monitoring activity, providing analysis and information that facilitate decision-making. You will have a global view of the practice's operations and contribute directly to the planning and evolution of the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving financial and commercial monitoring, tracking revenue, opportunity pipeline, project performance, and fee forecasts.
• Analyzing business evolution to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements, generating insights to support decision-making.
• Preparing executive reporting and documentation for partner committees, ensuring information is rigorous, clear, and action-oriented.
• Participating in economic planning through the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
• Providing support in operational and talent management, contributing to resource planning and needs assessment.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, developing a cross-functional view of the firm and building relationships across different levels of the organization.
