About the role

At Dia, we are looking to hire an inventory specialist for the Seville and Huelva area. The selected candidate will join the Administration team to carry out store inventories, following the procedures and techniques previously established by the Company, and will be responsible for ensuring their proper implementation.

What you'll do

Their main duties will be:
- Ensuring proper implementation of store and warehouse inventory procedures, following the techniques previously established by the company, and taking responsibility for their correct execution.

- Ensuring accurate counting of all merchandise during the inventory.
- Reviewing minor and major discrepancies to guarantee the quality of inventory data.
- Assisting in the proper recording of merchandise in the store, updating stock to ensure the smooth operation of replenishment applications and to control unknown loss.
- Checking the latest merchandise movements in the store (received orders, direct deliveries, adjustments, transfers, etc.).
- Inventories will mainly be conducted in the provinces of Seville and Huelva; occasionally in the province of Cádiz.

Requirements

- High school diploma or vocational training in Administration or Commerce
- Valid type B driver's license and own vehicle
- Geographic flexibility
