Job Description

We need to incorporate a Personnel Management Consultant at our headquarters in Palma de Mallorca who will perform the following functions:

Talent Management:

Point of reference for inquiries from the staff in their area of operation.
Management of improvement plans for the different areas of the company for the staff in their area of operation.
Conducting exit interviews from the organization.
Support the Team Lead in reporting terminations/departures from the company to the selection area and managing time-tracking with middle management.

Personnel Management:

Responsible for updating and managing changes and/or modifications in the employee portal.
Communication and management of any physical document to be delivered to the worker during their employment relationship: disciplinary actions, settlement payments, certificates...
Support the team lead in communication with the RLT (Workers' Representative Committee), representing the company in meetings, electoral processes, management and delivery of documentation related to the RLT in their area of operation; and disciplinary procedures, acting as an interlocutor and intermediary between managers and the legal area for the correct application of the company's disciplinary regime and control of the processed documentation.

Job Requirements

Degree in Psychology or equivalent experience.

Necesitamos incorporar a un/a Consultor de gestión de personal en nuestra sede de Palma de Mallorca que desarrollará las siguientes funciones:

Gestión del talento:

Punto de referencia para consultas de la plantilla de su zona de actuación.
Gestión de planes de mejora de las diferentes áreas de la compañia de la plantilla de su zona de actuación.
Realización de las entrevistas de salida de la organización.
Apoyo al Team Lead en el reporte al área de selección de las bajas/salidas de la compañía y la gestión de los fichajes con los mandos intermedios.

Gestión de personal:

Responsable de la actualización y gestión de cambios y/o modificaciones en el portal del empleado.
Comunicación y gestión de cuaquier documento físico a entregar al trabajador durante su relación laboral: regimén sancionador, finiquitos, certificados...
Apoyo al team lead en la interlocución con la RLT, representante de la empresa en reuniones, procesos electorales, gestión y entrega de documentación relacionada con la RLT de su zona de actuación; y regimen sancionador, interlocutor e intermediación entre managers y área legal para la correcta aplicación del regimen sancionador de la compañia y control de la documentación tramitada.

Requisitos del puesto

Licenciatura/graduado en Psicología o experiecia equivalente.
Al menos dos años de experiencia en puestos similares en áreas de RRHH, como generalista, preferentemente en entornos multinacionales, con carga en gestión de personal. Muy valorable experiencia en call center.
Conocimientos de informática a nivel de usuario.
Nivel medio de excel.
Conocimientos básicos en legislación laboral y convenios colectivos de aplicación.
Competencias: responsable, implicad@, cercan@ y práctic@, fuerte orientación al cliente interno, autonomía y gestión del tiempo.
Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para movilizarse por la Isla.
