In this context, we are looking to bring on an IT Project Manager for the PMO area, who will lead the planning, monitoring, and control of infrastructure and cloud projects, with a focus on comprehensive service management and continuous client engagement.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as an IT Project Manager or in PMO roles within infrastructure and/or cloud projects.
• Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure environments and cloud architectures.
• Proven experience in team management, financial management, and comprehensive service management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and corporate PPM tools.
• Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and client orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans for infrastructure and cloud initiatives (schedule, milestones, dependencies).
• Manage commitments and deliverables required for calculating metrics, reporting on the status of committed milestones.
• Manage and oversee the calculation of risk and project status metrics.
• Monitor and control planned and actual budgets against the approved and allocated budget.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and coordinate the execution of project activities.
• Identify changes, issues, and contingencies that may impact the project, establishing action plans and proposing solutions.
• Manage and monitor project risks, defining preventive and corrective measures.
• Create and maintain project management documentation in accordance with corporate methodology.
• Record and update the information required in the Corporate PPM tool within established deadlines.
• Review the technical and contractual documentation of suppliers involved in project execution.
• Organize, document, and lead project status meetings for managed projects.
• Prepare documentation requested by the Project Manager, Strategic Planning, and/or the Corporate PMS for presentation at committees.
• Prepare the necessary documentation for the procurement of hardware, software, or services related to projects (ET, ITEO, or others).

Funciones:

• Elaborar y mantener la planificación de proyectos de infraestructura y cloud (cronograma, hitos, dependencias).
• Gestionar compromisos y entregables necesarios para el cálculo de indicadores, informando sobre el estado de los hitos comprometidos.
• Gestionar y supervisar el cálculo de indicadores de riesgo y situación del proyecto.
• Monitorizar y controlar el presupuesto planificado y ejecutado frente al presupuesto aprobado y asignado.
• Gestionar la comunicación con las partes interesadas y coordinar la ejecución de las actividades del proyecto.
• Identificar cambios, problemas y eventualidades que puedan afectar al proyecto, estableciendo planes de acción y proponiendo soluciones.
• Gestionar y monitorizar los riesgos del proyecto, definiendo medidas preventivas y correctivas.
• Crear y mantener actualizada la documentación de gestión de proyectos conforme a metodología corporativa.
• Registrar y actualizar la información requerida en la herramienta PPM Corporativa dentro de los plazos establecidos.
• Revisar la documentación técnica y contractual de los proveedores involucrados en la ejecución de los proyectos.
• Organizar, documentar y liderar las reuniones de seguimiento de los proyectos gestionados.
• Preparar la documentación solicitada por el Gestor de Proyectos, Planificación Estratégica y/o el PMS Corporativo para su presentación ante comités.
• Preparar la documentación necesaria para la adquisición de hardware, software o servicios relacionados con los proyectos (ET, ITEO u otros).
