At DXC Spain, we are looking for aBusiness Consultant (industry, processes, cross) to join our great AdvisoryX team. Your mission will be to accompany the business in transversal initiatives: analysis, prioritization, definition of solutions, business case, and operational implementation (with or without an IT component).

Requirements:

• Generalist profile with experience in consulting or transformation.
• Ability to structure, write, and present (solid PowerPoint skills).
• English B2/C1.
• High level of Catalan
• On-site presence (location in Barcelona or surroundings)
• Desirable: experience in banking/public sector/industry (depending on your portfolio), data-driven mindset, Agile notions.

Functions:

• Problem analysis and proposal of alternatives (impact/feasibility).
• Preparation of executive presentations (clear storytelling).
• Definition of KPIs/OKRs, operating model, and deployment plan.
• Facilitation of workshops, management of agreements and decisions.
• Support for project management (without necessarily being a pure PM).
