Process Consultant (Business + IT)

At DXC Spain, we are looking for a Process Consultant to join our great AdvisoryX team. Their mission will be to analyze, design, and improve end-to-end processes, aligning business and technology, and translating changes into requirements, documentation, and implementation roadmap.

Requirements:

• AS-IS documentation / TO-BE design (BPMN or similar).
• Identification of pain points, efficiencies, automations, and controls.
• Translation into functional requirements / user stories (if applicable).
• Coordination with IT (architecture, development, QA) and business (operations).
• Implementation support: UAT, training, transition to operations.

• Demonstrable experience in process improvement/transformation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum English level B2/C1 (for meetings and documentation).
• High-level Catalan
• On-site availability in Barcelona (hybrid model with in-person presence as required).

• Nice to have: Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, Agile (Scrum).

En DXC España estamos buscando un Consultor/a de Procesospara unirse a nuestro gran equipo de AdvisoryX. Su misión será la de analizar, diseñar y mejorar procesos end-to-end, alineando negocio y tecnología, y aterrizando cambios en requerimientos, documentación y roadmap de implementación.

Requisitos:

• Levantamiento AS-IS / diseño TO-BE (BPMN o similar).
• Identificación de pain points, eficiencias, automatizaciones y controles.
• Traducción a requisitos funcionales / historias de usuario (si aplica).
• Coordinación con IT (arquitectura, desarrollo, QA) y negocio (operación).
• Soporte a implantación: UAT, formación, transición a operación.

• Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de mejora de procesos/transformación.
• Buenas dotes de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
• Inglés mínimo B2/C1 (reuniones y documentación).
• Catalán alto
• Disponibilidad presencial en Barcelona (modelo híbrido con presencia real cuando sea necesario).
