At DXC Spain, we are looking for recent graduates in computer science, engineering, or technology-related fields   to join our team and take part in major projects across different industries. Are you in?

We are looking for a talented and curious Junior Consultant who is eager to grow in a demanding and international consulting environment. You will join multidisciplinary teams to support strategic projects for clients across various sectors, contributing from day one with your analysis, energy, and ideas.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in strategic consulting and business transformation projects for clients in key sectors (banking, insurance, utilities, retail, public sector, among others).
• Support situation analysis, diagnosis, and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate in developing high-quality deliverables: presentations, reports, analysis models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Collect, structure, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support conclusions and recommendations.
• Participate in workshops and client meetings, supporting preparation and follow-up.
• Contribute to the development of proposals and internal knowledge materials.

Work collaboratively with technology, data, and operations teams within DXC.

Buscamos un/a Consultor/a Junior con talento, curiosidad y ganas de crecer en un entorno de consultoría exigente e internacional. Te integrarás en equipos multidisciplinares para apoyar proyectos estratégicos en clientes de distintos sectores, contribuyendo desde el primer día con análisis, ideas y energía.

Responsabilidades principales

• Participar en proyectos de consultoría estratégica y transformación de negocio en clientes de sectores clave (banca, seguros, utilities, retail, sector público, entre otros).
• Apoyar en el análisis de situación, diagnóstico e identificación de oportunidades de mejora.
• Colaborar en la elaboración de entregables de calidad: presentaciones, informes, modelos de análisis y roadmaps estratégicos.
• Recopilar, estructurar e interpretar datos cuantitativos y cualitativos para sustentar conclusiones y recomendaciones.
• Participar en talleres y reuniones con cliente, apoyando la preparación y el seguimiento.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de propuestas y materiales internos de conocimiento.

Trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos de tecnología, datos y operaciones dentro de DXC.
