Program Manager – Insurance (IT Transformation & Modernization)

At DXC Technology, we are looking for a Program Manager with the ability to manage complex programs in enterprise environments within the insurance sector. We seek a profile with proven experience in project leadership and a focus on technology modernization initiatives.

• Lead complex programs and projects, ensuring planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in client and delivery environments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.
• Define and govern transformation and systems modernization roadmaps.
• Manage dependencies across projects, risks, planning, and budget.
• Drive improvements in delivery efficiency and quality.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

• Hybrid business-technology profile.
• Leadership skills for teams and client management.
• Experience in transformation environments (legacy to modern).
• Proactivity (a must) and autonomy in management.
• Preferably based in Barcelona

• Participation in strategic projects in the insurance sector, working with critical, high-impact platforms.

• Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager / Manager.
• Experience in the insurance sector.
• Experience in IT modernization programs (legacy migration, digital transformation, etc.).
• Technical background in at least one of the following environments:
  • Host / Mainframe
  • Java / Open architectures
• Experience in enterprise environments and managing complex stakeholders.

En DXC Technology buscamos un/a Program Manager con capacidad de gestionar programas complejos en entornos enterprise del sector asegurador. Buscamos un perfil , con experiencia contrastada en liderazgo de proyectos y enfoque en iniciativas de modernización tecnológica.

• Liderar programas y proyectos complejos, asegurando planificación, ejecución y entrega.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares en entorno cliente y delivery.
• Actuar como punto de contacto principal con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.
• Definir y gobernar roadmaps de transformación y modernización de sistemas.
• Gestionar dependencias entre proyectos, riesgos, planificación y presupuesto.
• Impulsar mejoras en eficiencia y calidad del delivery.
• Asegurar alineación entre necesidades de negocio y soluciones tecnológicas.

• Perfil híbrido negocio‑tecnología.
• Capacidad de liderazgo de equipos y gestión de clientes.
• Experiencia en entornos de transformación (legacy → moderno).
• Proactividad (must) y autonomía en la gestión.
• Preferiblemente Barcelona

• Participación en proyectos estratégicos del sector asegurador, trabajando con plataformas críticas y de alto impacto.
