Business Analyst / Product Owner – Life Insurance and Savings

Job Description:

At DXC Technology, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner with experience in the insurance sector, focused on life insurance and savings products, to participate in transformation projects for top-tier clients.

The selected candidate will join a technological and collaborative environment, working on initiatives for the implementation and integration of core insurance systems, where the connection between business and IT is key to the evolution of products and operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery phases and functional definition of life insurance products and savings solutions
• Gather and analyze requirements together with business areas
• Develop functional designs for development teams
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and deployments
• Participate in testing (UAT) and support implementation processes
• Work in Agile environments, managing and prioritizing backlogs as needed

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in IT environments
• Knowledge of the insurance sector, especially life insurance, savings, and investments
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, or integration projects of core insurance systems
• Technical background that facilitates communication with development teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication, analytical, and customer-oriented skills

• Experience with underwriting systems, life insurance products, savings, or policy management
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or functional architecture
• Experience in international environments

En DXC Technology buscamos incorporar un/a Business Analyst / Product Owner con experiencia en el sector asegurador, con foco en seguros de vida y productos de ahorro, para participar en proyectos de transformación en clientes de primer nivel.

La persona seleccionada se integrará en un entorno tecnológico y colaborativo, trabajando en iniciativas de implantación e integración de core asegurador, donde la conexión entre negocio y IT es clave para la evolución de productos y operativas.

Responsabilidades

• Participar en fases de discovery y definición funcional de productos de vida y soluciones de ahorro
• Recoger y analizar requerimientos junto a las áreas de negocio
• Elaborar diseños funcionales para equipos de desarrollo
• Coordinar con equipos técnicos en integraciones, evolutivos y despliegues
• Participar en pruebas (UAT) y acompañar los procesos de implantación
• Trabajar en entornos Agile, gestionando y priorizando backlog cuando sea necesario

Requisitos

• Experiencia como Business Analyst y/o Product Owner en entornos IT
• Conocimiento del sector asegurador, especialmente en seguros de vida, ahorro e inversión
• Experiencia en proyectos de implantación, evolución o integración de core asegurador
• Background tecnológico que facilite la interlocución con equipos de desarrollo
• Experiencia en metodologías Agile
• Buenas capacidades de comunicación, análisis y orientación a cliente

Valorable

• Experiencia en sistemas de suscripción, productos de vida, ahorro o gestión de pólizas
• Conocimiento de APIs, integraciones o arquitectura funcional
• Experiencia en entornos internacionales
