Lead your product team and be responsible for managing a product in collaboration with other roles, ensuring that business priorities and requirements are properly understood at the development team level, and guaranteeing the quality of the experience delivered to customers.

Main duties and requirements.

Product and backlog management

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
  • Define and prioritize initiatives, features, and projects based on the company's strategy (medium and long term).
  • Draft and detail epics, initiatives, and user stories, ensuring they contain the necessary information for proper estimation and development.
  • Ensure that business requirements are understood by the technical team.

Product strategy and vision

  • Define and execute the digital product strategy aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Experience

  • +3/5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in digital product roles.
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with customer-facing digital products.

Knowledge and skills

  • Ability to define and manage product backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Experience in data analysis and metric-based decision-making.
  • Knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
