What we're looking for

Experience designing products end-to-end, from research and problem definition to the final solution.
Mastery of Figma, information architecture, prototyping, UX, and UI, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Experience creating and evolving Design Systems.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and sensitivity toward implementation and technological possibilities.
Strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
A portfolio that showcases your process, decisions, and impact, not just the final result.

Nice to have

We will especially value: experience with JavaScript/React, Storybook or Zeroheight, analytics and experimentation, EdTech/e-commerce products, use of AI applied to design, and an English level sufficient to work in international environments.

The role

What if your next design challenge wasn't just about improving an interface, but about transforming how millions of people learn?

At Grupo PROEDUCA, we are evolving our digital experiences and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants to be part of that change.

We are looking for someone with strategic vision, product judgment, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences, capable of navigating between people's needs, business goals, and the new possibilities opened up by Artificial Intelligence.

🚀 Your challenge: take design one step further

As a Senior Product Designer, you will have ownership over product initiatives from start to finish: from understanding the problem and spotting opportunities to defining solutions, validating them, and shipping them to production.

Your impact will go far beyond the screen:

What you'll do

You will define digital experiences and products aligned with our users' real needs and the business's strategic goals.
You will spot innovation opportunities, turning complex problems into simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions.
You will work hand in hand with Product, Technology, and Business teams, influencing decisions and helping define where our platforms are headed.
You will explore the potential of AI applied to the product and the user experience, identifying new ways to personalize, simplify, and transform the learning experience.
You will contribute to evolving our Design System, our design standards, and the maturity of our product culture.
You will be a reference within the team, sharing your expertise, raising the quality bar of design, and helping decisions be made from a truly user-centered perspective.

🧠 We value judgment, not just experience

We want to get to know you if you have more than 4 years of experience in Product Design and you recognize yourself in these characteristics:
