To continue taking the essence of Bodegas Luzón to new markets, we are looking to hire a/an

who will play a key role in our international growth strategy, developing long-term commercial relationships, generating new business opportunities, and reinforcing the recognition of our brand globally.

Your purpose in this role will be to drive the international growth of Bodegas Luzón, supporting and developing commercial activity in foreign markets, opening up new business opportunities, representing the winery at international events, and building solid, long-lasting commercial relationships.

What you'll do

  • You will manage and develop the assigned portfolio of international clients and distributors, strengthening solid and lasting commercial relationships.
  • You will identify new business opportunities and actively participate in the opening and development of new markets.
  • You will drive greater presence and positioning of Bodegas Luzón wines in different countries and sales channels.
  • You will maintain fluid and regular communication with clients and commercial partners, ensuring a high level of service and attention.
  • You will represent Bodegas Luzón at trade fairs, events, and professional gatherings in the wine sector, both nationally and internationally (Barcelona Wine Week, Wine Paris, ProWein, among others).
  • You will make regular business trips to visit clients, distributors, and potential partners in the assigned markets.
  • You will analyze markets, trends, and growth opportunities that contribute to the brand's international development.

Education & certifications

Related degrees in business management, international trade, or international business development.

Languages

  • Fluent English is essential (B2/C1 level), with the ability to conduct professional conversations. A level test will be carried out during the selection process.
  • Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.

  • Experience of between 3 and 5 years in export positions, international business development, or commercial management in international markets.
  • Proficiency in using computers and email, as well as office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage and develop commercial relationships autonomously, identifying business opportunities and driving growth in the assigned markets.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and commercially focused mindset.
