We offer interesting opportunities for the Sales/Customer Service position at our car rental offices in Madrid. This is a temporary position with great possibilities for continued employment.

The person who holds this position will efficiently provide services related to vehicle rental (both at the time of delivery and pickup), using the rules and policies approved by the company. They will facilitate the rental process through the verification and documentation of all information required from the customer. Additionally, they will perform their duties taking into account the needs of our customers and in accordance with our quality standards. 

• Rent, deliver, and pick up vehicles
• Control the fleet entering and leaving the branch
• Control and process all forms
• Opening and closing rental contracts
• Resolve customer questions raised at the counter
• Carefully select customers
• Check the condition of vehicles, verifying their documentation and accessories upon their return

• Preferably completed university degree or vocational training and/or sales experience
• B2 English level is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Commercial and sales orientation
• Excellent customer service
• European driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience
• Hold a residence or work permit in the EU 
• Availability to work on weekends and shifts

• Salario: Si siempre es el mismo horario (no turnos) 18.00-19.500€ brutos/año y si se trabaja en régimen de turnos 19.500-21.000€ brutos/año

La persona que ocupe esta posición proveerá de manera eficiente los servicios relacionados con el alquiler de vehículos (tanto en el momento de entrega como en la recogida), haciendo uso de las normas y políticas aprobadas por la compañía. Facilitará el proceso de alquiler a través de la verificación y documentación de toda la información requerida al cliente. Además, realizará sus funciones teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de nuestros clientes y de acuerdo a nuestros estándares de calidad. 

• Alquilar, entregar y recoger los vehículos
• Controlar la flota que entra y sale de la sucursal
• Controlar y dar curso a todos los formularios
• Apertura y cierre de contratos de alquiler
• Resolver las dudas del cliente planteadas en el mostrador
• Seleccionar cuidadosamente a los clientes
• Comprobar el estado de los vehículos, verificando su documentación y accesorios a la recogida de los mismos

• Preferiblemente titulación universitaria o FP finalizados y/o experiencia en ventas
• Imprescindible nivel de inglés B2
• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales
• Orientación comercial y hacia la venta
• Excelente trato al cliente
• Carnet de conducir europeo con un mínimo un año de antigüedad
• Disponer de permiso de residencia o trabajo en EU 
• Disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana y en turnos
