A leading company in the beverage and food distribution sector is looking to hire a Traffic Manager to plan and optimize its transport operations in the Madrid region.
Job mission: Ensure the planning, coordination, and execution of 30 to 40 daily routes, guaranteeing excellent service, operational efficiency, and optimal resource management.

Una compañía líder en el sector de la distribución de bebidas y alimentación busca incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Tráfico para gestionar y optimizar su operativa de transporte en la Comunidad de Madrid.
Misión del puesto: Garantizar la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de entre 30 y 40 rutas diarias, asegurando un servicio excelente, eficiencia operativa y una gestión óptima de recursos
-Planificación de rutas y supervisión de la operativa diaria.

Gestión de equipos operativos (conductores y repartidores).

Control de KPIs de servicio, productividad y costes.

Coordinación diaria con almacén y operaciones.
-Gestión de incidencias, devoluciones y entregas urgentes.
