Head of Road & Distribution Strategy

• Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Logistics, or similar. An MBA or postgraduate degree is highly valued.

• 8–10 years of experience in transport, 3PL, or logistics companies.

• Management of transport networks (FTL, LTL, groupage).

• Experience in multi-site environments (travel required).

• Participation in transformation or integration projects.

• International experience (valued).

• Fluent Spanish and English (essential).

We are currently looking to incorporate a profile for Head of Road & Distribution Strategy for our offices located in Coslada (Madrid) or in the ZAL (Barcelona).

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the transformation, integration, and scaling of our road transport and distribution operations in the West Med region, being key to our operating model towards a more efficient, integrated, and competitive network, maximizing synergies and driving business growth.

• Lead the definition and implementation of the road transport and distribution strategy internationally.
• Design an efficient logistics network, optimizing linehaul, hubs, and last-mile capillarity.
• Integrate full truckload, partial truckload, and distribution operations into a unified model.
• Identify and activate key synergies between branches to maximize efficiency and service, as well as standardize processes to build a robust, scalable, and consistent network.
• Drive continuous improvements in costs and operational efficiency, as well as ensure excellent service levels (OTIF, lead times, reliability).
• Identify new business opportunities in transport and distribution. You will lead initiatives to increase volumes and improve margins.
• Work closely with international teams and strategic partners.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize routes, capacity, and costs.
• Define and monitor key KPIs, turning them into improvement actions.
• Promote planning, control, and operational visibility tools.
