You'll start from Coslada with your route already planned and the van ready. You'll make deliveries in the Corredor del Henares area, such as Coslada, Alcalá de Henares, or San Fernando, managing your day with autonomy and enjoying the pace of deliveries.

• Work Monday through Sunday, with 2 days off per week according to the schedule.
• Typical shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of starting earlier or extending the day depending on the route. The hours can be adjusted based on the route; shifts are not fixed, and the weekly schedule is set accordingly. Routes typically last 9 hours a day.

What your daily routine will look like
• You'll start from the logistics center in Coslada, loading the van and optimizing the route.
• You'll make deliveries in towns across the Corredor del Henares: Coslada, Alcalá de Henares, San Fernando, and surrounding areas.
• You'll coordinate with the team to handle any issues, but you'll have the autonomy to move at your own pace.
What will help you succeed in this role
• At least 1 year of driving experience and a clean license with 8 points or more. It will be your daily tool, so having experience and a good record will make you feel more confident.
• No prior delivery experience needed. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your attitude.
• Being able to get to the workplace in Coslada every day. The van is picked up and returned there daily, so it's important that you can commute on your own.
• Availability for training and a quick start. Training is brief (1 day) and will prepare you to begin with confidence.
• A responsible and resourceful attitude. Here, we value drive and commitment more than résumés.
• You'll thrive if you enjoy working on the road with autonomy. If you prefer to keep moving, avoid office work, and set your own pace, this job will be a great fit for you.

Saldrás desde Coslada con tu ruta ya preparada y la furgoneta lista. Repartirás por zonas del Corredor del Henares, como Coslada, Alcalá de Henares o San Fernando, gestionando tu jornada con autonomía y disfrutando del ritmo del reparto.
Beneficios que marcan la diferencia
• Jornada completa de 40h semanales.
• Trabajo de lunes a domingo, librando 2 días a la semana según cuadrante.
• Turno habitual de 10:00h a 19:00h, con posibilidad de empezar antes o alargar la jornada según la ruta. La hora puede ajustarse según la ruta del día, no son turnos fijos y se hace cuadrante semanal. Suelen ser 9h de ruta al día.
• Disponibilidad completa y total requerida.
• Independencia y autonomía en tu día a día. Gestionarás tu ruta con total confianza y responsabilidad.
• Puesto fácil de aprender, sin necesidad de experiencia. Con una formación de solo 1 día, conocerás cómo funciona todo y empezarás con seguridad desde el principio.
• Incorporación inmediata y continuidad real. Podrás comenzar en pocos días. El contrato es mensual, con opción de seguir si todo va bien.
• Salario claro y por horas trabajadas. 9,5€/hora bruta, sin letra pequeña. Lo que trabajas, lo cobras.

Tu día a día será así
• Empezarás desde el centro logístico en Coslada cargando la furgoneta y la ruta optimizada.
• Realizarás entregas en localidades del Corredor del Henares: Coslada, Alcalá de Henares, San Fernando y alrededores.
• Te coordinarás con el equipo ante cualquier incidencia, pero tendrás autonomía para moverte a tu ritmo.
Qué te ayudará a brillar en este puesto
• Tener al menos 1 año de carné de conducir y 8 puntos o más. Será tu herramienta diaria, así que tener experiencia y buen historial te hará sentir más seguro/a.
• No necesitas experiencia previa en reparto. Lo más importante son tus ganas de aprender y tu actitud.
• Poder llegar a diario al centro de trabajo en Coslada. La furgoneta se recoge y devuelve allí cada día, por lo que es importante que puedas desplazarte por tu cuenta.
• Disponibilidad para formarte y empezar pronto. La formación es breve (1 día) y te prepara para empezar con confianza.
• Tener una actitud responsable y resolutiva. Aquí valoramos más las ganas y el compromiso que los currículums.
• Ganarás si disfrutas del trabajo en ruta y con autonomía. Si prefieres moverte, evitar oficinas y marcar tu propio ritmo, este trabajo te va a encajar.
