What you'll do

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Assign requests to People Recruiters and monitor coverage ratios and client response times.
  • Select the profiles for the assigned requests.
  • Carry out daily and monthly administrative tasks linked to operations (contracts, hours entry, invoicing, occupational accident reports).
  • Resolve issues with workers and clients.
  • Direct liaison with the different CIS departments for all office matters.
  • Ensure that deviations affecting profitability are kept under control.
  • Client retention and acquisition.
  • Among other tasks inherent to the job.

Education & certifications

High school diploma or university studies (preferably in Psychology, Education, Labor Relations, or related social sciences).

Languages

Correctly spoken and written Spanish.

How you'll work
