IT Project Manager Lead

🚀 What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

✨ Lead complex projects and programs within Global Markets
🔄 Coordinate end-to-end initiatives (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, IT)
🤝 Interact with senior stakeholders (Head of Trading, COO, etc.)
🗺️ Define strategic roadmap and prioritize initiatives
👥 Supervise several Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams
⚠️ Manage risks, dependencies, and budget

🧩 What are we looking for?

✔️ 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in CIB environments (Global Markets)
✔️ Solid experience in Equities (Cash and Listed Derivatives)
✔️ Deep knowledge of ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) and Clearing

Proven experience in:

• Order Management (algorithms, block trading)

• Connectivity (DMA, EDA)

• Front-to-Back flows

Experience in Back Office processes (confirmations, etc.)

👥 Supervisar varios Project Managers y equipos multidisciplinares
⚠️ Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y presupuesto

🧩 ¿Qué buscamos?

✔️ +10 años de experiencia como IT Project Manager en entornos CIB (Global Markets)
✔️ Experiencia sólida en Equities (Cash y Derivados Listados)
✔️ Conocimiento profundo de ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) y Clearing

✔️ Experiencia contrastada en:

• Order Management (Care, algoritmos, block trading)

• Conectividad (DMA, EDA)

• Flujos Front-to-Back

✔️ Experiencia en procesos de Back Office (confirmaciones, etc.)
