Requirements
Contribute to the improvement of project management systems, procedures, and workflows.
Co-ordinate inputs to project proposals from a cross-functional team of Operations & Maintenance, Subject Matter Experts (Eng, Integrity, IT & OT), HSSE and Commercial colleagues.
Assist with the activities associated with the Management of Change process for the life cycle of the project in line with the company procedure.
Provide support in ensuring the projects allocated and planned are executed according to plan, budget and scope.
Develop the scope of works based on business need, 3rd party inspection reports/data and internally prepared repair plans complete with defined budgets, forecasts, and programmes of work/ Gantt charts for assigned projects.
Plan and manage the programme of works for Engineering Projects in line with company standards and relevant and UK / European legislation, ATEX, PLSG, API, EEMUA etc.
Assist with the requesting of defined plant and system downtime with Subject Matter Experts, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Oversee contract engineers and support staff working on behalf of Exolum.
Assist with the management of time and resources to ensure well controlled, compliant with the Working Time Regulations and meet responsibilities for health and safety.
Report on activities and provide relevant information (activity and financial) to the Project Manager.
Ensure activities completed are fully compliant with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, particularly safety and ensuring safe systems of work.
Provide clarity and inspiration to internal and external teams by translating strategy into concrete and operational action lines.
Empower people's skills, valuing diversity and facilitating opportunities for development and exposure with implementation of new methodologies and technologies.

You are an organised and motivated engineering professional with experience delivering engineering projects within a highly regulated industrial environment. You have excellent planning and stakeholder management skills, and you are comfortable managing multiple projects and contractor activities simultaneously.
You will ideally hold a degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related science discipline. Experience of capital projects, asset integrity programmes or engineering works within hazardous or COMAH-regulated environments would be highly advantageous.

Project Engineer- Immingham- Permanent
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Project Engineer to join our Technology team at Immingham. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the delivery of capital investment projects across our terminal and pipeline infrastructure, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
This role combines project engineering, contractor management and stakeholder engagement, providing an opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects ranging from asset integrity and inspection programmes to commercial growth and infrastructure development initiatives. Working within a highly regulated COMAH environment, you will help maintain the integrity and reliability of critical energy infrastructure while contributing to Exolum's long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
