• Degree in Law or Law and Business Administration (ADE).

• Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession (Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía).
• At least 4 years of experience in M&A, commercial, corporate, and real estate law advisory, acquired at a Big Four or a law firm.
• Advanced level of English.

Experience in due diligence processes, purchase and sale operations of companies or real estate assets, preparation and negotiation of SPAs, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, and commercial contracting will be key.

Knowledge of new technology law and regulatory compliance, including data protection, anti-money laundering prevention, and criminal risk prevention, will be especially valued.

Additionally, a solid knowledge of the Capital Companies Act (Ley de Sociedades de Capital) and regulations on structural modifications is required, as well as experience in restructuring operations and corporate secretarial duties.

As this is a senior position, we are looking for an autonomous, proactive person with the ability to coordinate teams, take responsibility for matter management, and maintain fluid and collaborative communication with clients and internal teams.
