Requirements

  • Degree in Law or Law and Business Administration (ADE).
  • Master's degree for Admission to the Bar.
  • At least 4 years of experience advising on M&A, commercial, corporate, and real estate law, gained at a Big Four firm or a law firm.
  • Advanced level of English.

It will be key to bring experience in due diligence processes, purchase and sale transactions of companies or real estate assets, preparation and negotiation of SPAs, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, and commercial contracting.

We will especially value knowledge of new technologies law and regulatory compliance, including data protection, anti-money laundering prevention, and criminal risk prevention.

Likewise, a solid knowledge of the Capital Companies Act and regulations on structural modifications is required, as well as experience in restructuring transactions and corporate secretarial services.

Given this is a senior position, we are looking for an autonomous, proactive person with the ability to coordinate teams, take responsibility for managing matters, and maintain fluid, collaborative communication with clients and internal teams.
