Experience and Skills

More than 3 years of experience in: Legal advisory services in companies in the distribution, real estate, law firm, or architecture studio sectors.

Property contracting: lease, sale and purchase, assignment, sublease, etc.

Development and management of urban planning projects.

Experience dealing with public administration will be valued (public contracts and tenders, processing of files, etc.

Other requirements

Driving licence and own vehicle.

Availability to travel and relocate.

What your day-to-day will be like

- Collection and review of documentation related to properties

- Negotiation of the legal terms of property contracts with counterparties.

- Drafting, preparation, and monitoring of contracts, agreements, and other legal transactions related to properties

- Maintenance and updating of property documentation, drafting of reports and indicators

- Monitoring, management, and resolution of incidents, requests, and requirements related to properties

- Preparation and legal direction of Mdona.'s actions in claims or litigation related to properties.

- Acting as the company's legal representative in matters that require it.

- Legal advisory services to colleagues and coordinators on routine work matters within their division
